Scholarships

The Dorothy Sutton Scholarship will be available to students who will or have graduated from a high school. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and be entering their freshman year of college. Applicants may be seeking a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree, or a trade certification.
Financial Literacy Camps

Our intensive summer financial literacy camps will provide a hands-on introduction to financial management and investment for youth.
Building Wealth Seminar

​At the Dorothy Sutton Foundation our entire wealth building seminar is organized into a step-by-step presentation that gives you all the tools and knowledge you need to achieve your financial freedom goal with ease. You won't discover any so called "secrets" in our seminars, but you will learn time proven, common sense strategies that actually work to build wealth.
Back to School Give Away

​Every year, our Back to School Giveaway Event helps college students start the school year off. The Dorothy Sutton Foundation distributes tv, microwaves, college size refrigerators and toiletries.
Spread the Love Holiday Event

​The holiday season is a time when many of us think about how we can give something back. We’ve kicked off our Spread the Love campaign to encourage people to give however they can, so that we can spread the love to those in need.

Build-A-Man
Build -A-Woman
(Entrepreneur Course)
​
​This course provides an introduction to the principles of entrepreneurship to young adults. Topics include self-analysis of entrepreneurship readiness, the role of entrepreneur in economic development, legal problems, organizational structure, sources of financing, budgeting, and cash flow.
